Trying to understand what poetry and language might be, there have been forays into other forms, into objects. When the roar of the page seemed too loud the quiet book talked in blank tags where the recto and verso of the page were differently spoken: tags one side and the structure of their construction on the other.
Language would assert itself even over this muteness in when they speak, they speak in red, (here modelled by Ernest) which shout words from Marx's Das Kapital, and Mary Wollonstonecraft's A Vindication of the Rights of Women. He's here preparing himself for exhibition in Newcastle, NSW.
